Next, Andrew and Dougie started designing their sneaker collection. They believed in the power of exclusivity and uniqueness, so they collaborated with Stephen a talented designer with a lifetime of experience in the footwear industry and manufacturers to create limited-edition sneakers that would stand out from the competition. They focused on using premium materials, incorporating innovative designs, and ensuring exceptional craftsmanship in every pair they produced. To finance their venture, Andrew and Dougie invested their saving. With the necessary funds secured and knowing that marketing would be crucial to their success, they developed a comprehensive marketing strategy. They created a visually stunning website that showcased their collection and provided an easy-to-use online shopping experience.
